Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Paul Costelloe purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the completed delivery note to ensure our team can identify your order.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
